Also included in this latest image disclosure appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up development schemes to build upon the substantial island by erecting residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a legend identifying distinct sections of the property.
Alongside this are what appear to be nine other construction diagrams and engineering blueprints, including plans for dock shelters.
